I can't thank you enough for your help and sound advice. Fred means the world to me and I can't stand seeing him in discomfort. When I 'googled' orthopedic dog shoe, I really did not expect to get any results - thank heavens I did.

Fred has been wearing the shoes for over a week now and it's made a dramatic difference in his life. He puts weight on the afflicted foot now and the uneven gait is gone. He's happier about going outside and has even started trotting next to me during our walks which are now longer and more cheerful - especially with people pointing at his shoes. They have given him so much support that he's now dependent on them.
