First, let's talk about security. At Lucy's Dog House we want to ensure that you can shop with complete confidence in us. We have taken significant measures to ensure your personal data is safe. As a result we offer 128 bit encryption provide by Yahoo on our checkout pages. Pretty tough stuff and that means your data is safe. When you enter the checkout pages, you will notice that the http changes to https, this means you are entering a secure area.

Shipping in the United States and Canada
Normally items will ship within 1-2 business days. We charge shipping at a flat rate of 4.99 for all orders under a $100 and free for all orders over $100.

International Shipping
We ship internationally but we figure shipping after the purchase is made. So if live somewhere besides the US or Canada send us an email and ask what shipping is going to be or we will send you an email and let you know. Generally for the lighter items like collars and such it works out to be the $4.99 or so. If you order a dog bed and want it shipped to Kazakhstan, well that is going to be a little bit more.

Custom Orders
Some of the products in the store are made to order, especially personalized items. For those items, it will normally be indicated in the product description how long it will take to deliver.

Sizing
Uncertain about the size you need for your dog? Send us an email or give us a call. If we recommend a size to you and it still does not fit we will send out the correct size and pay for the shipping of the new item to you and the incorrect item back to us.

Returns
If you need to return the product for whatever reason, you have 30 days or so after you received the product(s) to do so. Normally, we would prefer to issue store credit for all returns, but if that does not work for you we can provide you a refund for the items you are returning.
